News <\/a>is out that Florida has finally tried to toughen up on mobile phone use whilst in cars.\u00a0 Florida is attempting to catch up on countries and other states that are far more advanced in their laws.\u00a0 But it is failing.<\/p>\nYou can’t be stopped if you’re texting.\u00a0 It has to be in conjunction with another crime.\u00a0 You couldn’t make this up.<\/p>\n
The fine?\u00a0 $30.\u00a0 Administration would cost more.\u00a0 If you do it twice?\u00a0 $60.\u00a0 Ooooooo.<\/p>\n
Apparently it’s the 41st state to do so.\u00a0 I can’t believe it’s legal in some states!\u00a0 Get with the 21st century please.<\/p>\n
Hopefully anyone visiting Florida doesn’t text whilst driving anyway, but just so you know – better keep $30 handy…..<\/p>\n
